From Concept to Execution
Two new product launches require double the planning, managing, and presenting.
I had the opportunity and luxury to work side-by-side with the Chief Marketing Officer on formulating a messaging house, launch strategy, and meaningful activations/partnerships.
Once the decks are complete, I then presented to our Marketing team including directors and their respective team members. Following the presentation, I managed cross-functional channel plans and ensuring we received actionable items in the following weeks to present again as the final launch strategy.
